Prophecy or Prediction
We are still in the middle of a war that was imposed on us at our southern border, and a second front is ready to explode on the Lebanese border.
The enemies are the cruelest we have ever known. It is an unprecedented war and we do not know when it will end. This is the longest war we’ve had since the creation of the state of Israel.
A war that caught us completely unprepared in several sectors. Just like in the Yom Kippur war, we were betrayed by our arrogance and misconceptions, and the truth must be told: we were caught completely off guard.
The battles are not over but we need to immediately start restoring what critically needs repair.
We will need to make several drastic changes to homeland security; provide support to those who have been severely affected by the war. We must offer financial support to our citizens, support to the injured and to those who have become disabled in body and soul as a result of the war.
The construction industry needs to receive incentives and support from the government in order to escape the stagnation in which it finds itself at the moment. The financial market is stabilized, but it will have to finance the monstrous costs of this war.
In order to rebuild the State of Israel’s economy, medicine, construction industry, weapons industry, and technology, we will need to invest many billions of dollars - money that the State of Israel does not have.
The consequences and forecast
At this moment, the forecast is to collect more taxes, including an increase in VAT (which is currently 17% and will increase to 18%). Interest rates will rise, especially for bank loans and credit cards, inflation will continue to rise and interest rates on home mortgages will skyrocket.
Our loans will cost more, but our salaries will not be increased, our benefits, especially National Insurance, will be reduced.
We are not talking about PROPHECY, because as we know that: "Since the day the Temple was destroyed, prophecy was taken from the prophets and given to fools and children."
The forecast is that we will have difficult times ahead and many challenges to overcome.
To overcome difficulties, it is necessary to plan for the near future. We need to consult with experts in the areas in which we are having problems to align strategies; we already know that we will need to save and create financial reserves.
You need to think twice before acting.
We must be aware that these will be difficult times, but with resilience we will win this battle.
This article is not a prophecy. It deals only with the existing forecast of the economic market and the leadership (of all parties) of the State of Israel.
Do everything you can so that in these difficult times you are well prepared and remember that you are not alone.
Together we will win for sure!
